MINUTES
- Call to Order Mayor Christy Schell, called the meeting to order. Council members present, Mike Shea, Philip Barth, Johnny Stevenson, Joe Poovey and Wayne Drummonds
- Citizens to Speak Before the Council
a. NONE
- New Business
- Discuss/Take Action on Replat on 10 acres of land located in ETJ at the corner of CR 541 and CR 800, Raynaldo Salinas owner. Mayor Schell – Mr. Salinas submitted a request to subdivide a 10 acre tract into 8 one acre lots for development. Mr. Salinas are you aware that you are in the ETJ, and you will have to build according to our subdivision ordinance. Mr. Salinas – Correct. Mr. Drummonds motioned to approve, Mr. Shea second the motion, all in favor, aye, motion carried.
- Discuss/Take Action on Replat on 10 acres of land located in ETJ at 18224 CR 913, David Hanzell owner. Mayor Schell - Mr. Hanzell submitted a request to subdivide a 10 acre tract into one 8 acre tract and one 2 acre tract. Mr. Drummonds motioned to approve, Mr. Shea second the motion, all in favor, aye, motion carried.
- Discuss/Take Action on Predevelopment Agreement Coleman Homes. City Secretary – Correction to agenda item c., it should say Development Agreement not predevelopment. Mr. Drummonds motioned to approve, Mr. Shea second the motion, all in favor, aye, motion carried.

- Community ISD Council Representative, Wayne Drummonds – No news.
- City Code Inspector, Wes Caperton (if requested to appear). Current report
- Treasurer’s Report, Janey Mobley, City Treasurer – report
- Mayor’s Report, (if requested by the Mayor) No report.
FYI – You have a letter in your box from a citizen to consider re-opening the old gin road just south of Giles Caldwell’s place. They are not asking to us to do anything to it, just open it. The benefit of that would be the farmers would run their grain trucks on that road instead of Kerens street. Mr. Stevenson – If we re-open the road the city would be liable for anyone traveling on it, so I would think that the city would have to at least grad it periodically if not grad and rock. Mayor Schell – I will look into this further and get back to you.

Minutes 11/7/06, 11/24/06- Mr. Shea motioned to approve the minutes, Mr. Drummonds seconded the motion, all in favor, aye, motioned carried.
Treasurer’s Report November 2006 – Mr. Shea motioned to approve the Treasure’s report, Mr. Drummonds seconded the motion, all in favor, aye, motioned carried
