new subdivisions coming to Nevada!
The Council has been negotiating with several developers for the City of Nevada. We have seen the preliminary plats for a Coleman Home Subdivision on Hwy. 6 at the Yeager Farm with about 100 homes, and a small 40 home subdivision at Hwy 6 and CR 593. Developer Paul Renfro (Oak Bend Estates and Dixieland) has approached the Council with a project on CR 593 with about 100 acres as well.
